Katie Van Eynde: Katie Van Eynde's journey into the healthcare industry began in 2010, when she attended Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Since then, she has grown an understanding and a deep appreciation for the human body and its ability to heal itself.In addition to her massage therapy education, she received her 200-hour training to become a Yoga instructor through Prairie Yoga (Lisle, IL) in 2015. Throughout her experience there, she has gained and found a deeper understanding of balance, peace and awareness of the physical and emotional body.Katie continues to inspire and teach others the importance of bodywork and self-love. In 2014, she published a self-help book called Motivate Your Magnetic Mind. The book guides others to gain a positive outlook and release negative thought patterns- allowing the reader to live in the moment and enjoy life!
